Thanks for playing Fisty! These terms are short because the game is simple: it's free, it's for fun, and we want everyone to have a good time.
The game
- Fisty is provided free of charge, for personal entertainment. There are no purchases, subscriptions, wagers, or prizes inside the game.
- We may update, change, or discontinue features (including online play) at any time.
- The game, its characters, artwork, music, and code are our property. Please don't copy, resell, or misrepresent them as your own.
Online play & fair play
- Online matches are relayed and verified by our servers. Don't cheat: no modified clients, input bots, network manipulation, or exploiting bugs to win. We may block anonymous IDs that abuse the service.
- Disconnecting mid-match counts as a loss — the referee has spoken.
- Online play requires an internet connection; quality of your connection affects match quality.
No warranty
Fisty is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game. (Except bruised digital egos. Those are intended.)
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continuing to play after changes means you accept them.
